Transport & Arrivals
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
When you leave the arrivals terminal of Pamplona Airport (PNA), you will find an official taxi stand right in front. The journey takes between 8 and 10 minutes.
How much does a taxi cost from or to the airport?
The price is approximately 20 € – 25 € (prices may vary).
Do you offer private airport transfer service?
Yes, we can arrange a private transfer for you. The approximate price is 60 € (this rate is not applicable during the San Fermín festival).
Is there public transportation stops near the hotel?
Yes, there is a bus stop next to the church of San Lorenzo, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
How do I get to the city center?
You won’t need transportation, as the hotel is located right in the city center.
Is there a taxi stop at the hotel?
There is a taxi stop 100 meters from the hotel. In addition, if you wish, reception will be happy to call a taxi to pick you up at the entrance.
Check-in, Check-out & Luggage
Can I enter the room before check-in time (Early Check-in) or leave later (Late Check-out)?
Early check-in is free as long as the room is available. Late check-out is also subject to availability, but carries an additional charge. Please check with reception.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel? For how long?
Yes, we have free luggage storage for our guests.
Can the hotel receive packages in my name? Is there any management cost?
Yes, we do not charge any management fee. Please inform reception in advance that you are expecting a delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and prepaid cards (like Revolut), debit, credit, Maestro, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
Can minors under 18 years old stay without being accompanied by an adult?
No, it is not allowed.

How does air conditioning and heating work?
The air conditioning and heating are controlled directly from each room.
Can you guarantee me a room with a double bed? Is there any extra charge?
The type of bed is always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. There is no additional supplement.
Can an extra bed be added to the room? What is the cost?
Yes, subject to availability. The cost is 20 € per night for children under 12 years old, and 30 € per night per adult.
Do you have a pillow menu?
We do not have this service.
Are the rooms carpeted?
No.
Is the minibar included in the room price?
No, the minibar products have an additional cost. You will find the detailed price list in your room.
Is there rooms with a jacuzzi or hot tub?
No.
Can rooms be reserved by the hour?
No.
Hotel Services & Facilities
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have exclusive parking for guests staying at the hotel. The maximum allowed height is 2.05m. Check the rates at the reception.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool open during the months of July and August. Exceptionally, it could close if there is any private event.
Do you have Spa and Wellness facilities?
We do not have a spa.
Can I organize a special surprise in the room (flowers, chocolates, champagne, etc.)?
Yes. Please, get in direct contact with the hotel to inquire about the available options and their prices.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome! The maximum weight allowed is 15 kilograms and a supplement of €30 per night applies.
I have left an object at the hotel, can you send it to me?
Yes, we have a lost and found service and we can send it to you. Shipping costs will be covered by the guest.
Can I contact the hotel through WhatsApp?
We do not have WhatsApp, but we will be happy to assist you by phone or email.
What are the reception and restaurant schedules?
The reception and concierge are open 24 hours a day. Our restaurant, La Cuchara de Martín, is open from 13:15 to 15:30 and from 20:15 to 23:00 (it is recommended to reserve a table by phone or email).
Dining & Breakfast
What are the breakfast hours?
From Monday to Friday we serve breakfast from 6:45 to 10:30. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the schedule is from 7:30 to 11:00.
What type of breakfast is served and what does it include?
We offer a complete buffet breakfast. It includes a variety of breads and pastries, fresh fruit, natural orange juice, ham, cereals, yogurts, cold cuts, and cheeses. We also offer hot dishes (eggs, bacon, sausages), sandwiches, and drinks (Nespresso coffee, tea, and hot chocolate).
I have allergies or intolerances, do you have options for special diets?
Yes, we have plant-based drinks (such as almond milk or lactose-free) and we have a corner with gluten-free products.
What restaurants do you recommend near the hotel?
Very close to the hotel you will find excellent dining options such as La Cuchara de Martín, Anttonenea, Baserriberri and La Olla.
Is there any nightlife areas, cocktail bars or pubs nearby?
Yes, popular venues like Zentral and Indara are within walking distance.
Tourism & Local Area
Do they sell tickets for excursions, musicals or theme parks?
No, we do not offer ticket sales service.
Is there any supermarkets or hair salons nearby?
Yes, within the hotel’s own facilities you will find the Marian Resano hair salon. You can make an appointment by calling 948 21 03 86.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the hotel is adapted and offers both accessible rooms and specific parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.
