How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
To get from Hondarribia Airport, you can take bus line E21. From Loiu Airport, the best route is to combine bus line D004 with bus line 17.
How much does a taxi cost from or to the airport?
The approximate taxi fare to Hondarribia Airport is 60 €.
If you are traveling to Loiu Airport, the estimated cost is 200 €.
Do you offer private airport transfer service?
Currently we work with different on-demand transportation companies. Please contact us for more information.
Is there any metro or bus station nearby?
There are no stations near the hotel, but the city’s public transportation is available to easily reach the main stations.
How do I get to the city center?
The best options to reach the city center are the urban bus lines 28 and 17.
How much does a taxi to the city center cost?
The journey to the city center costs approximately 15 €. We have a machine in the hotel for you to easily request a taxi.
Is there a taxi stop at the hotel?
The nearest taxi stand is located in the hospital area, but we can request a taxi directly from the reception for it to pick you up at the main entrance.
Check-in, Check-out & Luggage
Can I enter the room before check-in time (Early Check-in) or leave later (Late Check-out)?
Both services are subject to availability. The late check-out (until 16:00) has an additional cost of up to €35.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel? For how long?
Yes, we have a room to store luggage. You can leave your bags during your first or last day, but it is not allowed to store them for several consecutive days.
Can the hotel receive packages in my name? Is there any management cost?
Yes, we can receive packages if you notify us in advance. This service has no management cost.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept prepaid cards (e.g. Revolut)?
Yes, we accept this type of cards.
Can minors under 18 years old stay without being accompanied by an adult?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to be able to register on their own. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or present a notarized parental authorization.

How does air conditioning and heating work?
The air conditioning is controlled individually and directly from each room.
Can you guarantee me a room with a double bed?
The double bed is only guaranteed in the Suites. For the rest of room types, it is subject to availability.
Can an extra bed be added to the room? What is the cost?
We have triple rooms available at the hotel. Please request it in advance to check availability.
Do you have a pillow menu?
Currently we do not offer this service.
Are the rooms carpeted?
No, our rooms do not have carpet.
Is the minibar included in the room price?
The minibar is included in the Deluxe rooms and the Suites. In the Premium rooms, the fridge is empty in case you want to store your own products.
Do they have rooms with a jacuzzi or whirlpool tub?
No.
Is there 24-hour room service?
No, room service is available from 19:00 to 22:30.
Can rooms be reserved by the hour?
No.
Hotel Services & Facilities
Does the hotel have parking?
We offer outdoor parking for 12 € and indoor parking for 17 € (the maximum height allowed indoors is 3.9 meters). Long vehicles must park in the outdoor area.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, we have a swimming pool open during the summer season.
Do you have Spa and Wellness facilities?
We do not have a spa.
Can I organize a special surprise in the room (flowers, chocolates, champagne, etc.)?
Yes, it is possible to organize a surprise. Please, contact the hotel directly to find out the options and prices.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. We accept one pet per room (up to 20 kg) so you can enjoy your stay with your best friend. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar or cafeteria, but are welcome on the terrace and outdoor areas. A supplement of €30 per day applies (VAT included). Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of its owner.
I have left an object at the hotel, can you send it to me?
Yes. For shipments within Spain, we need your address and it will be sent collect on delivery (postage due). International shipments require prepayment by credit card.
Can I contact the hotel through WhatsApp?
Currently we do not offer customer service via WhatsApp.
What are the reception and restaurant schedules?
The restaurant is open from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 19:30 to 22:30. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Dining & Breakfast
What are the breakfast hours?
To adapt to your morning routine, we offer two different experiences:
Full buffet breakfast: From 07:00 to 10:30 at Restaurante Alea (ground floor).
Breakfast selection for those who are not early risers: From 10:30 to 13:00 at our café (main floor).
What type of breakfast is served and what does it include?
We serve a buffet breakfast that includes pastries, fruit area, cold cuts, hot dishes (eggs, omelettes, bacon), yogurts and a variety of juices.
I have allergies or intolerances, do you have options for special diets?
Yes, we offer options suitable for coeliacs, lactose-free products and plant-based alternatives.
What restaurants do you recommend near the hotel?
In addition to our Alea restaurant in the hotel itself, you can visit El Fogón de Miramón, Don Rico, Restaurante Txiskuene and El Tolosa.
Is there any nightlife areas, cocktail bars or pubs nearby?
The hotel itself offers an excellent selection of cocktails at Restaurant Alea.
Tourism & Local Area
Do you sell tickets for musicals, the Zoo or Parque Warner?
We do not offer ticket sales services, and Parque Warner is not located in our area.
Is there any supermarkets or hair salons nearby?
We do not have this type of establishments nearby.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have 2 accessible rooms equipped with a double bed and a fully adapted bathroom. All common areas of the hotel are accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
